This role is fully on-site and offers a stable weekday schedule with occasional flexibility based on customer needs. Inside Sales And Training Manager Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Provide sales support to outside sales representatives and customers Prepare and process quotes, orders, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely delivery Assist customers with product selection and technical inquiries Coordinate with vendors for pricing and product availability Maintain customer records and order information in an ERP system Develop and manage training programs for inside sales staff Support field training and collaboration with sales and service teams Oversee performance review processes for inside sales associates Inside Sales And Training Manager Requirements: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with technical products Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Background in technical sales or training Experience in industrial, sanitary, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with pumps, valves, fittings, heat exchangers, or related equipment Prior support of outside sales teams and cross-department collaboration IND345 Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
