A Sample Of What You'll Do
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to maximize selling time and revenue generation. Coordinate and service group bookings from contract through departure, ensuring seamless execution of all details and revenue optimization. Prepare and manage group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations within Hyatt systems. Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes to ensure clear communication across departments. At the discretion of the Director of Sales, manage and support a small market segment, including quoting, contracting, and detailing business. What You'll Bring
A service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative and operational tasks.
