Opportunity with a growing manufacturer in the PEMB space seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead internal sales execution and support functions. This role oversees Inside Sales and Project Management while driving process improvements across the full sales-to-delivery lifecycle. This is a high-impact position focused on building structure, improving workflows, and strengthening coordination between sales, operations, and production. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Inside Sales and Project Management teams Oversee sales execution from contract through project delivery Build structure, accountability, and performance standards across teams Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Standardize workflows across quoting, order management, and coordination Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and production Track KPIs such as order cycle time, backlog, and team productivity Partner cross-functionally with engineering and leadership Qualifications
