PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift available with guaranteed hours.

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract. The successful candidate will provide quality therapy interventions and support to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans established by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Conduct patient evaluations and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and treatments as directed.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment strategies.
• Document patient care in compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
