Account Manager Outside Sales

Rose Pest Solutions, the nation's oldest pest management company (est. 1860), is looking for a driven, energetic, goal-oriented sales professional to join our growing team. Compensation:

  • $5,000/Month guaranteed for the first 150 days (onboarding/training period)
  • After 150 days: Base Salary of $39,600 + Commission
  • Total earning potential: $48,100- $200,000+
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions.
  • Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges.
  • Represent Rose as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional.

Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Strong communication skills able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English.
  • Sales-minded: experienced in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions.
  • Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary).
