Senior Service Designer (Telco) Up to £500 per day outside IR35 Newbury - Hybrid working A global Telecommunications client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Designer to join their team and play a key role in shaping seamless, end-to-end customer experiences within the telecommunications space. This is an opportunity to work on complex, large-scale services spanning both fixed and mobile connectivity. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of end-to-end services across digital and operational touchpoints Translate complex technical and business requirements into intuitive, user-centred service experiences Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and network specialists Map customer journeys, identify pain points, and drive continuous service improvement Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on service vision and outcomes Ensure service design aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and customer needs Required Experience & Skills Proven experience working within a telecommunications (Telco) environment Strong background as a Senior Service Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful service improvements Solid understanding of fixed connectivity services (eg, broadband, fibre, leased lines) Strong knowledge of mobile networks, including hands-on experience or understanding of APN (Access Point Name) configurations Experience working with complex systems and integrating multiple service layers Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments Familiarity with network infrastructure and telecom architecture Experience in agile delivery environments Up to £500 per day outside IR35 Newbury - Hybrid working
