Summary: We are seeking an experienced Onsite Data Program Manager to lead and drive multiple, parallel AI-enabled transformation initiatives in support of business and operational excellence. This role requires managing complex, cross-functional programs focused on data, automation, analytics, and AI adoption to improve productivity, decision-making, and technical scalability. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management expertise, data and reporting capabilities, hands-on technical understanding (Python, databases, AI tools), and the ability to propose and operationalize AI-driven solutions aligned with A***'s innovation culture. This role demands close onsite collaboration with engineering, data, operations, and leadership teams. Core Skills:
Technical & Data Skills:
Strong understanding of AI/ML tools and platforms relevant to large-scale enterprise environments Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and proof-of-concept development Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and data pipelines Expertise in reporting and dashboarding tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or internal analytics platforms) Familiarity with AI productivity tools, automation frameworks, and analytics-driven workflow optimization Ability to evaluate and recommend AI solutions for productivity improvement and technical optimization Experience working with data quality, governance, and performance metrics Program & Delivery Skills:
Program and project management across multiple concurrent tracks and initiatives Strong risk identification, dependency management, and milestone tracking skills Experience managing complex roadmaps involving engineering, data science, and business stakeholders Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured execution plans Non-Technical & Leadership Skills:
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management Strong team coordination across geographically and functionally diverse groups Ability to influence without authority Clear, concise executive-level reporting and storytelling Strong decision-making and problem-solving mindset Expected Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple AI transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities Drive AI-enabled productivity improvements, identifying opportunities for automation, analytics, and intelligent tooling Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and operations teams to design scalable technical solutions Define program goals, success metrics, milestones, and KPIs for AI and data initiatives Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges and drive mitigation strategies Oversee data readiness, reporting accuracy, and insights quality for leadership consumption Facilitate regular program governance, reviews, and executive updates Advocate best practices in data-driven decision making and AI adoption Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and scalability Roles Played:
Program Owner: Owns end-to-end execution of AI and data programs across multiple workstreams Strategic Partner: Collaborates with leadership to shape AI transformation strategy and roadmap Solution Enabler: Works closely with technical teams to assess feasibility and recommend optimal AI tools and architectures Change Agent: Drives adoption of AI-driven processes and tools across teams Coordinator & Facilitator: Aligns cross-functional teams, resolves conflicts, and drives momentum Data Champion: Ensures insights, reports, and dashboards are accurate, actionable, and impactful Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience working in large-scale technology companies or complex enterprise environments Exposure to GenAI platforms, LLMs, MLOps, AI orchestration tools, or AI copilots Familiarity with cloud platforms and data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Background in data engineering or analytics program management Experience supporting AI adoption, governance, or responsible AI initiatives Prior onsite execution experience in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks Previous A*** Exp
