Your Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 9AM-6PM Friday: 9AM-5PM Saturday: 9AM-3PM ( two Saturdays per month )
Your Role as a Dental Assistant
Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for patients Assist dentists chairside during procedures, passing instruments and supporting patient comfort Take and process digital x-rays Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Pour, trim, and polish study casts and removable appliances Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance Track supplies and ensure operatories are stocked and organized Document patient services accurately in digital records Educate patients on oral hygiene, aftercare, and preventive practices
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Certificate from a CODA-accredited dental assisting program (preferred) Current NY DA license, or DANB CDA, ICE & RHS certifications (preferred) CPR certification At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (required) Denticon software knowledge (a plus) Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred) Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-first mindset
