*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Programs (QSR) to lead large-scale, complex projects within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. In this pivotal role, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Your expertise will enable seamless coordination across multiple teams, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining rigorous standards for quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to influence major programs that shape the future of enterprise operations in a fast-paced environment.
*Position Summary*
Lead delivery of *large, complex, cross-functional programs* that span multiple departments and stakeholders. This role is accountable for *end-to-end project execution*—planning, governance, dependency management, risk/issue mitigation, and stakeholder communication—while navigating a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities and roles.
The ideal candidate brings *QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience*, strong executive communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within scope while coordinating internal teams and external partners.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Program & Project Delivery (End-to-End)*
* Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout: *project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery* with clear outcomes and measurable milestones.
* Build and maintain integrated project plans (workstreams, milestones, DIRT logs, dependency mapping, and critical path).
* *Align priorities and manage dependencies* across teams and vendors; anticipate conflicts and drive resolution.
* Act as the *single point of contact* for project-related items; ensure continuous communication with internal stakeholders and vendor teams.
*Governance, Risk, Issue & Decision Management*
* Lead governance cadence (weekly cross-functional syncs, steering reviews, exec readouts) and ensure decisions are documented and actioned.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations, tradeoffs, and corrective actions to protect delivery commitments.
* Track and report status using clear, concise dashboards and narratives (scope/schedule/budget/quality), surfacing options and recommendations.
*Stakeholder & Change Leadership *
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across varying roles (executives, operators, engineers, marketers, finance/legal partners, vendors).
* Drive crisp communication: meeting leadership, decision capture, action follow-up, and expectation management to maintain momentum.
* Translate between business and technical teams—clarifying requirements, sequencing, and operational impacts.
*Vendor & Partner Management*
* Coordinate with third-party partners (platform providers, integrators, agencies) and ensure deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are managed.
* Support procurement/SOW governance, deliverable acceptance, and service delivery controls where applicable.
*Documentation & Operational Rigor*
* Maintain high-quality documentation (project plans, RAID/decision logs, comms plans, meeting notes, status reports) to enable transparency and continuity.
* Provide structured engagement reporting when working through staffing/agency arrangements (e.g., accomplishments, upcoming work, open issues).
*Required Qualifications*
* *8+ years* of project/program management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives (technology, operations, marketing, finance/legal coordination).
* Proven experience managing *large, complex programs* with multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
* Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills—able to influence without authority.
* Demonstrated strength in risk/issue management, dependency planning, and disciplined delivery governance.
