Customer Service Representative / Automotive Service Advisor Cedar Rapids, IA Full-Time | 7:00am-5:00pm (MondayFriday) $15$20/hour + Commission

Job Summary: Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone Coordinate vehicle service needs and support daily front-end operations Deliver a positive customer experience while identifying service opportunities

Key Responsibilities: Answer calls, greet customers, and collect accurate customer/vehicle information Recommend maintenance services and upsell when appropriate (commission-based) Complete daily sales/marketing activity and ensure all forms are accurate

Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred; automotive background is a plus Strong communication skills and comfort with upselling services Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and reliability

Schedule & Compensation: MondayFriday, 1st shift schedule $15$20/hour based on experience Commission opportunities for additional earnings
