You'll be the go-to contact for our existing customerssupporting their needs while also helping them discover additional coverage options that better protect what matters most.

Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health requiredor willingness to obtain them with full agency support.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Support Handle inquiries, process changes, and provide a seamless and professional customer experience.
• Retain & Expand Accounts Conduct coverage reviews and guide customers through policy updates and renewal needs.
• Recommend Smart Solutions Identify opportunities for added protection and confidently present product options that drive growth.
• Stay Efficient & Organized Maintain accurate records, follow through consistently, and manage tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Be a Team Player Collaborate with the agency to ensure goals are met and client satisfaction remains a top priority.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, sales-minded approach to uncovering customer needs
• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• Ability to stay composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Required insurance licensing (or willingness to get licensed with support)
