The Enterprise Solutions Architect plays a pivotal and highly visible role in driving the strategic adoption, optimization, and ongoing success of Service Titan across the UCG platform. This includes managing all aspects of Service Titan implementation and leveraging its full potential to enhance operational efficiency, drive productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making across all business units. This position works closely with senior leadership to align technology capabilities with business strategy and growth plans and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
*Key responsibilities*
*Service Titan Ownership*
· Serve as the primary subject matter expert and strategic lead for all Service Titan initiatives, driving best practice adoption and continuous improvement.
· Own the end-to-end Service Titan lifecycle, including implementation, ongoing management, optimization, and future enhancements.
*Implementation & Integration Management*
· Oversee the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of Service Titan across all existing and newly acquired UCG locations
· Lead the planning and execution of Service Titan implementations for future acquisitions, minimizing disruption and maximizing integration efficiency.
*Process Optimization & Business Transformation*
· Proactively lead communication with business subject matter experts to identify pain points, analyze current processes, and leverage Service Titan to develop optimized workflows and increase operational efficiency.
· Partner with leadership to build a scalable and standardized Service Titan model tenant, promoting consistency and efficiency across the UCG platform.
· Identify opportunities for Service Titan to streamline tasks and reduce manual efforts, focusing on improving overall productivity.
