Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are searching for compassionate and caring individuals to work full-time and part-time with the people that we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).

Work directly with people with developmental disabilities assisting them with day to day living activities in residential settings. You will support individuals with activities in a home environment and in community settings including meal planning, grocery shopping, or household chores. This position may require you to transport individuals in company vehicles.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals.

Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license, car and auto insurance. Must be able to pass all background checks.

Must have some experience in working with people with developmental disabilities. Must understand how to handle behaviors.

$17 an hour. The pay is based on experience, and we also offer an incentive if you have a CNA license.

Monday through Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
