Location: Mt Juliet, TN Job Type: Full-Time (Contract) Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Range: $20$22 per hour
Position OverviewM Force Partners is seeking a skilled CMA / LPN to support patient care operations in a busy medical practice in the Mt. Juliet, TN area. This CMA / LPN role focuses on assisting providers with patient care, administering injections, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and supporting efficient patient flow within a fast-paced clinical environment.
The ideal CMA / LPN will have experience in clinical patient care, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support physicians while maintaining a positive patient experience. This CMA / LPN position plays an important role in ensuring patients receive high-quality care while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient clinical operations. The CMA / LPN may also occasionally support additional nearby clinic locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Administer subcutaneous injections safely and accurately
- Room patients and prepare them for examinations while ensuring comfort and privacy
- Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs
- Maintain and update patient records within electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during patient visits and procedures
- Support efficient patient flow within a busy medical practice
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical team members
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with medical practice protocols
- Intermittent travel to Cookeville/Dickson/Clarksville for coverage and training
- Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience administering subcutaneous injections
- Experience working with EMR systems and clinical charting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Ability to travel to additional clinic locations when required
