CMA/LPN

Location: Mt Juliet, TN Job Type: Full-Time (Contract) Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Range: $20$22 per hour

M Force Partners is seeking a skilled CMA / LPN to support patient care operations in a busy medical practice in the Mt. Juliet, TN area. This CMA / LPN role focuses on assisting providers with patient care, administering injections, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and supporting efficient patient flow within a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal CMA / LPN will have experience in clinical patient care, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support physicians while maintaining a positive patient experience. This CMA / LPN position plays an important role in ensuring patients receive high-quality care while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient clinical operations. The CMA / LPN may also occasionally support additional nearby clinic locations as needed.

• Administer subcutaneous injections safely and accurately
• Room patients and prepare them for examinations while ensuring comfort and privacy
• Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs
• Maintain and update patient records within electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers during patient visits and procedures
• Support efficient patient flow within a busy medical practice
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical team members
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with medical practice protocols
• Intermittent travel to Cookeville/Dickson/Clarksville for coverage and training

• Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience administering subcutaneous injections
• Experience working with EMR systems and clinical charting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to travel to additional clinic locations when required
