*Minimum Requirements:*
Technical:
* LAN/WAN troubleshooting and configuration experience
* Solid understanding and experience with *DNS (you should be able to tell us not only what it is, but what each of the types of records are and when they would be utilized)*
* DHCP
* Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, servers, wireless access points; in-depth understanding of VPN technologies preferred
* *Hyper-V (you've actually setup replication between hosts or done something more than just create new virtual machines)* and/or VMware ESXi experience. Deploying virtual machines, troubleshooting, migrating, etc.
* Server 2016-2025 experience
* *SharePoint* experience
* Active Directory/*Entra ID/Intune*
* *Microsoft 365* *(you've worked with it for at least 2+ years)*
* SAN/NAS experience (while definitely a bonus, not a requirement)
* *VoIP experience* (meaning you've actually configured phone systems, not just setup phones)
Personality:
* Able to handle tickets and projects from initial creation through completion with minimal supervision
* Must be honest, reliable, and maintain composure under pressure
