Business Development Associate with 1–3 years of B2B sales or prospecting experience
to help grow our footprint in the local business community. Position Overview
This is a
field-based B2B sales role
focused on developing relationships with employers and generating new business accounts. We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of sales — prospecting, pipeline management, follow-up, and closing — and is ready to continue building their career in a performance-driven environment. This role carries revenue responsibility and clear activity expectations. What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new employer relationships within your assigned territory Conduct outbound cold calls and in-person visits to local businesses Schedule and lead meetings with HR leaders, operations managers, and business owners Present occupational health services tailored to employer needs Maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities Track activity, meetings, and follow-up in CRM Attend networking events and represent the organization in the community Close new accounts and contribute to territory growth Why Join Hometown?
