Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline Experience in conversation design and digital health or wellness preferred Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools Experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma) and Agile/Scrum workflows Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
