About the Company Our client is a Food Manufacturing company. They are looking for a Finance Manager, Central Costing who will be responsible for costing leadership across the business, working closely with plant finance and commercial teams. The successful candidate will own standard costing processes in SAP, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide detailed analysis on cost drivers and variances. High-visibility role supporting a key and growing business unit ~ Strong brand and stability with a leading Canadian public company ~ Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams ~ Managing standard cost setup, updates, and revisions in SAP ~ Partnering with plant and commercial teams to explain cost movements ~ Supporting audit requirements, internal controls, and IFRS compliance ~ Delivering ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling 6+ years of Cost Accounting experience ~ CPA or MBA required ~ Prior exposure to plant finance or operations preferred ~ Experience with standard costing in SAP Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
