MBA or advanced degree is an asset. ~3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic planning. ~ Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including market sizing and valuation. ~ Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation-building capabilities, with experience preparing materials for senior executives. ~ Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
