Schedule: Monday - Friday with one weekend day per month

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 30

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
• At least one year of hospital acute experience, or strong acute clinical rotations for new graduates
• Experience with documentation utilizing EMR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality physical therapy services according to treatment plans for patients.
• Document progress toward identified objectives and provide accurate and timely documentation for the current patient caseload, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
• Conduct patient and family education.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork and communication.
