Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals (new and used) to hit and exceed monthly volume and gross targets. Desk deals: structure competitive offers, appraise trades, support F&I, and help salespeople close. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and adjust the game plan based on performance and market trends. Partner with F&I, service, and marketing to deliver a seamless, customer-friendly process. Recruit, train, and develop salespeople through ongoing coaching and regular sales meetings. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, ethics, and compliance. What you bring 3-5+ years of successful automotive sales experience and 1-2+ years in a leadership or desk role. Proven record of leading a team to consistent volume and gross results. Strong coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Comfort with CRM, follow-up processes, and using data to drive decisions. Professional, ethical, and customer-focused mindset.
