Perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations. Collection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management. Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators provided by financial management. Legally, ethically and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received. Maintain systematic and organized support documentation related to the handling of any owner account. Request skip tracing as necessary. Assist all members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required. Carry out any reasonable request by management. Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now. Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience: Effective Communication skills Ability to handle pressure and remain calm with customers Knowledge retention and recall providing accurate information to customers Problem solving Team player Qualifications
To fulfill this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High School/GED Fluent in English and Spanish Excellent communications skills Must meet federal and state licensure requirements. Flexible Schedule Mon-Sat from 8am to 7pm It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: More than 6 months collections experience or related area (Customer Services or Sales) Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
