Lead mobile fleet maintenance operations on-site in Mullan, Idaho Supervise and direct maintenance crews Plan and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance Coordinate with operations to maximize uptime Manage work orders, scheduling, and CMMS tracking Monitor parts inventory and equipment performance Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency What You Need
3-5+ years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy equipment Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems Experience with underground or surface equipment Proficiency with CMMS systems Ability to lead teams and manage priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work rotating 13-hour shifts (4/4-5/5 schedule) Willingness and ability to work on-site in Mullan, Idaho with relocation assistance provided Hiring Process
