We are seeking a
hands-on Design Lead, eCommerce
to drive digital creative from strategy through execution for our client. This role translates business and consumer needs into compelling digital design, delivering high-quality assets across eRetailer platforms and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative concepts and campaign ideas; translate into key visuals Design eCommerce assets (up to 30 per campaign; ~180 visuals/month) Create eRetailer content (power images, secondary benefits, page visuals) Support flagship store flows and major brand initiatives (KCPs, Super Brand Days) Adapt and resize existing assets; make minor enhancements as needed Produce basic GIFs / IG Stories and light video edits Deliver assets within 2-3 business days, including 2-3 revision rounds Collaborate cross-regionally with strong communication skills Qualifications
Design degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Must Have
Adobe Creative Cloud expertise Brand adaptation experience eCommerce asset creation experience Nice to Have
Project management experience Understanding of print feasibility and color management
