$45,000 base + uncapped commission
Haulaway Storage Containers is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to drive local sales growth while leading daily container operations. This role blends customer-facing sales leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You'll Do • Develop new business and grow existing accounts • Lead drivers and yard teams to deliver reliable service • Oversee dispatch, routing, and container logistics • Ensure safety, compliance, and service quality • Manage sales pipeline and customer activity in Salesforce
What We're Looking For • Sales or operations leadership experience • Strong customer relationship and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment • Comfort working across sales and operations responsibilities
