Your Mission
As a Research and Development Engineer, you actively shape the next generation of innovative products and technologies. You contribute your engineering expertise to turn ideas into reliable, high-quality solutions that meet real customer needs. Working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you strengthen Deublin's innovation capabilities and build a strong foundation for your own professional growth.
How you will make a difference
  • Product Development: Support the design, testing, and improvement of new and existing products across the portfolio.
  • Engineering Analysis: Apply fundamental engineering principles to evaluate concepts, materials, and technologies.
  • Testing & Validation: Set up and execute experimental tests, operate test equipment, and collect structured data.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze test and simulation results and prepare technical summaries that support sound engineering decisions.
  • Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain test reports, design files, and engineering change documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to resolve technical challenges.

What you should be good at
  • Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • R&D Mindset: Initial experience in product development or research and development is an advantage.
  • Technical Curiosity: Strong interest in learning, experimentation, and continuous technical improvement.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and support problem-solving in engineering environments.
  • Collaboration Skills: Clear communication and a team-oriented approach in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Tribology, mechanical seals, or prototyping and 3D printing experience is a plus.

Compensation
This is a salaried exempt position with a pay range from $68,566 - $102,848 per year. Pay will be based on qualifications and experience.
