Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests by coordinating with management and staff, ensuring and maintaining a steady flow between guests and staff. Managers are also responsible for room code changes and checking for room cleanliness, bathhouse cleanliness, knowing when vendors are scheduled and checking invoices for products ordered, counting and maintaining cash drawers, calculating deposits, handling wait staff cashouts, ensuring the correct daily safe amount and have the ability to work any FOH position if needed.
Activities & Responsibilities
Promote, work, and act in a consistent manner at all times using superb customer service.
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient functioning of the business.
Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist with administrative tasks such as staff management, bank deposits, shift payouts, safe reconciliation and building cleanliness and maintenance.
Help maintain stock levels for FOH service and retail items as well as proper display.
Utilize math and accounting skills to handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.
Demonstrate organizational skills to keep track of important documents and files as well as email.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for yourself and staff.
Know when to switch between positions and parts of the restaurant so staff does not become overwhelmed and guests are provided with the best possible customer experience

Requirements
Previous management experience at some level in a restaurant is a must
Possess and use excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
Exceptional grooming habits
Excellent basic mathematical and accounting skills
Able to handle money & operate a point-of-sale system
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in administrative tasks
Strong problem solving skills and ability to make sound decisions while knowing when to defer to the GM
