Occupational Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized, in-home therapy services. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and help patients regain function, safety, and independence in daily activities.
