Automotive Assistant Manager/Office Assistant

The Assistant Manager is responsible for performing all Center Manager function in the Manager's absence and generally acting as "second-in-command" at the center. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the successful operation of a Grease Monkey center using customer and employee relations skills, business management techniques, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities include customer relations, welcoming customers immediately in a professional manner, helping the store manager and fellow employees, and completing the retail transactions.

Qualifications include business management, employee relations, customer service, intermediate computing skills, basic literacy, verbal communication skills, and the ability and license to operate motor vehicles.

Compensation is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Grease Monkey brand operates more than 300 centers internationally with operations in Mexico, China, Colombia and Saudi Arabia. Grease Monkey is the nation's largest independent franchisor of automotive oil change centers and is looking to expand in 2021 by opening 30+ new locations.
