  • Elevate the Experience: Deliver world-class service by managing fitting rooms with precision and providing a welcoming, professional first impression for every caller.
  • Drive the Operation: Keep the store running smoothly by mastering daily logistics, from crafting shop schedules and signage to providing essential administrative support for the leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

  • Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
  • Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Physicality: This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 13 months of related experience are preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
  • The Shift:
    • Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and potentially a few closing shifts (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
  • Weekends:
    • Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM 6:00 PM). Option to just do weekends only.
  • Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage.
