CNA Caregiver (Weekend Availability Needed)

SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and caregivers with reliable weekend availability to join our team in Charlotte. As a SYNERGY caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care that allows clients to live safely and comfortably where they feel happiestat home.

Caregiver responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Assist with personal care as needed
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Maintain reliability through punctuality and consistent shift coverage
• Build and maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members

Caregiver requirements and qualifications:

• Active CNA certification listed on the NC registry
• Current CPR certification
• Current negative TB test
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Availability to work weekend shifts
