Paid Time Off:
Eligible employees begin accruing PTO on their date of hire. PTO combines vacation and sick leave, starting at 15 days per year for full-time employees.

Position Overview:
The Sales Manager leads and supports a team responsible for estimating, selling, and delivering HVAC and Plumbing service projects. This role focuses on driving efficiency and profitability through effective leadership, communication, scheduling, documentation, negotiation, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee evaluation of potential customers and projects to determine fit and feasibility.
Guide the estimating process and ensure accurate and timely development of proposals for current and prospective clients.
Manage assigned projects to achieve or exceed planned profit margins.
Support the team in reaching established sales goals.
Coordinate logistics, vendor partnerships, and procurement to ensure specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines are met.
Oversee permitting and inspection processes to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Promote and ensure adherence to the companys safety program across all job sites.
Collaborate with the Service Supervisor or Coordinator to align workforce scheduling with daily needs.
Facilitate equipment start-up and commissioning, ensuring all warranty documentation is completed and submitted as required.
Manage owner training sessions and project acceptance processes.
Oversee preparation and delivery of warranty letters to clients.
Ensure equipment information is shared with the Service Supervisor to support creation of service agreements.
Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
Lead sales and delivery teams in documenting opportunities, proposals, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with completed projects.
Participate in company-sponsored client engagement activities.
Serve as the designated holder of the companys administrative license and remain up to date on applicable codes and regulations.
Position Requirements Required Skills and Abilities:

Supervisory Responsibility:
Supervise HVAC and Plumbing project sales professionals, operational staff, project managers, and field service teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in project management (minimum five years).
5-7 years of sales experience.
2-3 years of experience in sales leadership.
Proficiency in English at a professional level (written and verbal).
Strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
Required Licensing and Other Certifications:
Maintain a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
Successful completion of a background check.
