OBGYN Generalist

A well-established, full-service obstetrics and gynecology practice IN Fairfield County, CT, is seeking one or two OB/GYN physicians to join their growing team. The practice provides comprehensive women's health care, including routine and high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, menopausal management, and minimally invasive surgery. The team is known for its supportive culture, flexibility, and strong commitment to work-life balance, and welcomes both practicing clinicians and final-year residents to apply.

This position offers full-scope OB/GYN care with the option of full-time or part-time schedules. Full-time physicians see approximately 24 patients per clinic day, work three clinic days per week, take one 24-hour call per week, participate in two weekend calls per month, and rotate through a dedicated surgery day. A post-call day off is built into the schedule to support recovery and work-life balance. Part-time options begin at two days per week with customizable call responsibilities, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexibility or transitioning between career phases. Deliveries are performed at an affiliated hospital with strong hospitalist support.

Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology and eligible for medical licensure in the state. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, collaborative physician committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
