The Growth Enablement Team (GET) consists of sales intake, sales operations, Salesforce, request for proposal (RFP)/proposal development, orals preparation, and sales collateral development to support Huron’s education and research industry sales efforts. The GET sales enablement team partners with business units (BUs) and sales leads to develop content and collateral, manage proposals, and support orals preparation. The analyst acts as a central point of quality assurance (QA) and pre-production support and will own and manage individual bids for the EDR GET sales enablement team. This individual owns internal deliverables and documents to manage our team’s roles/processes/tools. This individual also plays a key role in various team initiatives, such as content management, reporting and data analytics, and graphic development. The Sales Enablement Analyst’s core focus is the development of high-quality and winning proposals in partnership with our industry experts and sellers. This role partners with internal stakeholders to deliver on requests, including (but not limited to) the following assets and initiatives: Support sales content production, internal GET initiatives, content management, and reporting/analytics across the sales enablement team by:
Own and manage individual bids (RFx, orals, proposals)—Coordinate schedules, facilitate kick-off and review meetings, liaise with internal teams (SMEs, legal, HR, etc.), ensure RFx compliance, and deliver a polished, brand-compliant final RFx response/proposal/pitch deck. Completing final QA reviews on RFPs/proposals, orals/sales decks, and collateral (e.g., checking for proper formatting, layout, grammar, table of contents). Managing the sales intake mailbox and triaging items to appropriate owners. Assisting with graphic creation and formatting. Supporting opportunity kick-off and close-out activities, as needed. Supporting advisory support requests (e.g., pulling baseline content, creating Microsoft Teams site, uploading proposal template, pulling example proposals/RFPs, completing final QA). Utilizing call-out boxes, graphics, and leading-practice formatting techniques to make sales documents more visually appealing. Ensuring attachments are complete and incorporated into all final client responses. Printing, packaging, and shipping hardcopy proposals, as needed. Assisting with electronic submissions, as needed. Contribute to internal team initiatives and success by:
Escalating issues within appropriate timeframes. Owning GET sales enablement team customer-facing and internal SharePoint/Microsoft Teams site organization and content. Assisting with reporting creation, distribution, and analysis for GET and BU leaders. Managing Salesforce and infrastructural responsibilities for sales efforts. Prioritizing all tasks effectively and appropriately. Welcoming feedback and evaluating own performance. SUCCESS METRICS
This position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking skills, written and oral communication skills, creativity, and expertise in Microsoft Word, Teams, and PowerPoint. This individual must be deadline- and detail-oriented and able to collaborate across all levels and roles to support sales efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including previous proposal development and/or business writing experience, with demonstrated proficiency in editing and proofreading. Demonstrated project management abilities and strong organizational skills. Superior attention to detail, balanced with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform against standardized methods and processes. Ability to socialize best practices and share knowledge across the team. Ability to receive and deliver feedback on current processes and opportunities to drive efficiencies. Ability to prioritize workload and respond quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines. Ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously. Inquisitive, curious self-starter; interest in or an eagerness to learn about higher education and research. Desire to understand overarching business context to better describe it in proposals. Education
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, English/Journalism, Communications or Business. Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant business or professional experience. Professional services, business-to-business, RFP management or writing/editorial experience. Required Skills/Competencies

Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively; flexibility to adjust priorities (and communicate) as needed. Excellent communication skills; exceptional writing and presentation capabilities. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $60,500 - $82,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
