About The Opportunity
LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Growth & Data Analyst to support data tracking, insights, and strategy across our transportation access initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, analytics, and social impact who wants hands-on experience working on real growth and fundraising pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage data across multiple pipelines, including Investor pipeline (VCs, angels, impact funds) Outreach research pipeline (facilities, programs, opportunities) Support organization and maintenance of Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and structure Analyze outreach, campaign, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities Assist in tracking performance of campaigns (flyers, outreach efforts, digital initiatives) Research and analyze search trends and user behavior related to transportation access and incarceration support Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategy and execution Help maintain clean, structured data for reporting and investor readiness
Ideal Candidate
Strong interest in data analytics, startups, or growth strategy Background in business, analytics, data science, marketing, or related field Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and data organization Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to turn data into actionable insights Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
