About the Position
In this role, you will support operations and ensure effective coordination of work in the field.
 
More specifically, you will be responsible for :
  • Promote Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices and ensure the implementation of prevention programs on job sites;
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize human resources, materials, and project equipment;
  • Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment) in accordance with plans, specifications, and client requirements;
  • Identify project risks and implement preventive measures and mitigation strategies;
  • Oversee work execution, quality control, and adherence to schedules in collaboration with superintendents;
  • Manage changes to project scope, subcontractors, and technical or operational issues;
  • Ensure communication, stakeholder coordination, and client satisfaction throughout the project;
  • Participate in performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with administrative and ISO requirements.
 
Desired Profile
  • Relevant experience in the field
  • Team management experience (an asset)
  • Ability to meet deadlines
