6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: * 12 months of experience worked in the last 12 months. * 12 months of acute care experience. * High School completion required. Requirements: * This role may require floating to additional units and locations * Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 50 miles from facility to be submitted. * 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Christus Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Christus Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained. Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 or more years of experience preferred Required Credentials: High School Diploma or equivalent is required Completion of the Surgical Technology program or an accredited LVN/LPN program is required Shift & Scheduling: No weekend. On Call Requirement: Can pick up call at Main if desires, but no requirement Floating Requirements: float as needed within Surgical Services 7 days maximum time off 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years Proof of identification required Certifications: * BLS (Basic Life Support) * CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) Skills Checklist: Yes References: Yes Certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA), Basic Life Support Job Details Job Type: Travel Nurse/Patient: – – Shift Type: Day Contract Date: Start ASAP Expected Length: 13 weeks Hours per Shift: 10 Shifts per Week: 4
