Nursery Practitioner

We are excited to invite a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team! This full-time position offers:

• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
• Location: Conveniently situated on Nine Mile Ride with easy access to the A322 and M4, plus on-site parking.
• Year-Round Position: Our nursery operates throughout the year, providing continuous care and education.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure each child's individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan stimulating early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
• Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
