1:1 SEND - Level 3 Early years Practitioner

Position: SEN 1:1 Support

Hours: 10 hours per week (Part-time)

Days: Tuesday and Wednesday 10am - 1pm, Thursday 10am - 2pm

Salary: £12.71 per hour

As a SEN 1:1 Support, you will play a vital role in promoting the development of children with SEN needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and stage of development.
• Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Supporting daily routines and safety while engaging in sensory play and regulating activities.
• Maintaining professional relationships and reporting any concerns to management.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• SEN Experience: Desirable but not essential.
• Fluency in English: Essential for effective communication.
• Experience in Early Years: Desirable but not mandatory.
