Overview
We are seeking an experienced
IT Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
to support the stabilization, enhancement, and ongoing quality assurance of a business‑critical
Salesforce‑based application . This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to ensure that all application changes meet functional, performance, and quality standards before release. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, experienced in
Agile/Scrum environments , and comfortable owning end‑to‑end QA activities, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting. Job Details

Standard business hours (EST) Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing Develop, maintain, and execute
QA plans, test strategies, and test scenarios Create detailed
test cases, scripts, and procedures
based on functional and business requirements Perform
manual and automated testing , including regression testing Facilitate and support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
with end users Ensure testing is completed and documented prior to all releases Defect Management & Reporting Identify, document, track, and communicate defects with clear reproduction steps Collaborate with developers to validate fixes and retest resolved defects Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify trends and improvement areas Produce regular
QA status reports, metrics, and release readiness summaries Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and project managers Support refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria Recommend improvements to QA processes, tools, and best practices Maintain accurate QA documentation and knowledge sharing artifacts Tools & Environment Use
Azure DevOps
as the system of record for test plans, scenarios, defects, and tracking Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Support testing for integrations, APIs, and configuration‑based Salesforce functionality Qualifications
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in
IT / Software Quality Assurance Strong experience developing and executing
test plans, test cases, and test strategies Hands‑on experience with
Agile / Scrum testing methodologies Experience with
manual testing
and exposure to
automated testing Proficient with
Azure DevOps
or similar ALM tools for QA tracking Experience supporting
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience testing
Salesforce‑based applications Experience in
regulated industries
(government, healthcare, financial services, etc.) Familiarity with
API testing
and system integrations Experience with test automation tools (e.g.,
Testim
or similar) QA, Software Testing, or IT‑related certifications Understanding of licensing, compliance, or regulatory systems Deliverables & Outcomes
Documented
IT Quality Assurance Plan Test cases, test results, and defect reports for ongoing releases Defined and repeatable QA processes and procedures Quality metrics and reporting tied to sprints and releases
