About This Role We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to streamline development and operations processes through automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD). This role will help improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency. What You’ll Do Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes Monitor system performance and ensure high availability Manage containerization and orchestration platforms Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues Promote DevOps culture and best practices What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7-10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) What You’ll Get Competitive Compensation 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Comprehensive Health Coverage Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Development Tuition Assistance Employee Discount Program
