Web Cam About the Role The Client is seeking an experienced
Business Analyst (BA6)
to support documentation and modernization of home-grown systems across IFA/IEDA/ITG. This role requires strong expertise in
data mapping and data modeling , along with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business leaders, SMEs, and technical teams to
gather and document requirements Create and maintain
user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation Perform
data analysis, data mapping, and data modeling Document and manage
business processes, workflows, and system changes Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and project teams Analyze data to identify issues and recommend solutions or process improvements Track project status, risks, timelines, and deliverables Support Agile delivery with a focus on continuous improvement Participate in database analysis and system modernization efforts ✅ Required Skills & Experience 8+ years
experience in Business Analysis on large, complex IT systems 5+ years
of hands-on experience in
Data Mapping & Data Modeling
(MANDATORY) Strong experience with: SDLC methodologies Requirement gathering & stakeholder management Agile frameworks Experience with ALM tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), TFS, VSTS, Jira, or RTC 5+ years
working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) Strong expertise in: Process mapping Data analysis Documentation & reporting Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Preferred Qualifications Experience with system modernization initiatives Familiarity with data architecture and information management practices Ability to drive business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and impact analysis Education Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Work Environment Onsite role –
4 days/week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Professional business environment Opportunity for extension beyond initial contract
