Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading global company to fill their open Human Resources Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify,you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity where you will earn between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour. During the temporary assignment, you will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below). Depending on your performance and our client's needs, this role could result in a permanent position in the company.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new employees
-Entering and updating employee information in the database
-Creating reports and presentations
-Managing employee files
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources role
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Previous experience with HRIS software preferred
Schedule:
-Monday - Friday
-Typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; you must be flexible and able to adjust your schedule depending on business needs as you will be supporting employees located in various time zones
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $22.00 and $25.00
