Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess patients, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life across diverse patient populations. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EHR, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
