Über

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a small accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Post customer payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Conductfollow-up on overdue accounts and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Utilize Excel for reporting, data entry, and reconciliation.
  • Assist with lien notices
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience dealing with liens is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to onsite, Monday-Friday (full time)
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.85 per hour
