Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities
- Prepare and send out customer invoices
- Apply and post customer payments including ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing questions and payment issues
- Research and resolve discrepancies, short payments, and account disputes
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Solid understanding of invoicing, payments, and collections processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, customer-focused approach to collections
