Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury and medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and related documentation
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and expert witnesses
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, case summaries, and binders
- Track deadlines, maintain case calendars, and ensure timely filings
- Support depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation
- Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures
- Experience managing medical records and working with experts
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Ability to handle multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
