Physical Therapist (part time)

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned and operated private practice specializing in geriatric rehabilitation. As a member of the FOX team, you will provide evidence-based, person-centered therapeutic services to older adults across healthcare and medical services settings, with the goal of maximizing function, independence, and quality of life. In this role, you will perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and deliver interventions that may include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional mobility training, fall-prevention strategies, and patient and caregiver education. You will use objective outcome measures and current clinical research to guide treatment decisions and track patient progress, documenting thoroughly and accurately in our electronic medical record system. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, you will communicate regularly with physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, and family members to coordinate care and advocate for the needs and goals of your patients.
