Business Analysts
with a strong background in the
natural gas transportation industry
to support our client's
2025-2026 projects
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with
contract management, capacity release, shipper/operator activities, nominations, confirmations, measurement, scheduling, allocation, and invoicing
within natural gas transportation companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless execution of projects related to
natural gas transportation
. Support
contract, capacity release, shipper/operator activities, nominations, confirmations, measurement, scheduling, allocation, and invoicing
processes. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and functional specifications. Participate in testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful project delivery. Required Qualifications:
5-10 experience as a Business Analyst in the natural gas transportation industry in a MUST. Strong understanding of
natural gas contract management, nominations, scheduling, and invoicing
processes. Experience working with
shippers, operators, and capacity release projects
. Ability to analyze and translate business needs into actionable requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical teams. Proficiency in business analysis tools, documentation, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
pipeline operations, transportation management systems, or gas measurement tools
. Familiarity with
FERC and industry regulations related to natural gas transportation
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
