We are looking for a motivated colleague as TechnicalTrainer Fire Safety Systems for our global Buildings Business Unit.In this role you are responsible for designing, delivering, andcontinuously improving high‐quality technical training programsrelated to Siemens’ fire detection and safety systems. Youtranslate complex technical, regulatory, and system-related topicsinto clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences forinternal employees, customers, and partners. You combine deeptechnical expertise with strong didactic skills and collaborateclosely with cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure trainingcontent is aligned with product developments, regulatoryrequirements, and customer needs. Your new responsibilities -Training Program Development: Design, develop, and maintaincomprehensive technical training concepts and curricula for firesafety systems and solutions, translating complex regulations andarchitectures into practical, learner-focused content for varioustarget groups (Technical Engineers, Technical Technicians, ProjectManagers, Technical Support, and End Users) - Training Delivery& Facilitation: Plan, organize, and conduct engaging technicalfire safety trainings in diverse formats (classroom, virtual,hybrid), facilitating both theoretical sessions and practical,system-based exercises for all skill levels - Learning ContentCreation & Management: Develop, update, and manage high-qualitylearning assets, including documentation, presentations, manuals,exercises, and digital content (e.G., e-learning, videos), ensuringalignment with current regulations and product releases -Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment: Collaborate closely withinternal teams (Product Management, R&D, Technical support, )to align training content with product updates, regulatory changes,and customer requirements - Quality Assurance & ContinuousLearning: Collect participant feedback to continuously improvetraining quality, actively supporting knowledge transfer andfostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization- Special Projects & Mentoring: Support or leadcertification/approval programs, contribute to global/regionaltraining initiatives, and coach/mentor subject matter experts andjunior trainers Your skills and experience - Technical degree inelectrical engineering, fire safety, building technologies, or arelated field - Proven experience with fire detection or safetysystems, coupled with a strong understanding of relevantregulations, standards, and system architectures (certification isa plus) - Demonstrated experience in technical training, knowledgetransfer, or a comparable role, ideally including familiarity withdigital learning formats and e-learning tools - Excellentpresentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with theability to translate complex technical topics into clear,practical, and engaging content for diverse audiences - Structured,self-organized, and quality-oriented working style, comfortablewith various learning formats (classroom, virtual, hybrid) -Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills,ideally gained within an international or matrix organization -Fluency in English is essential;
